Our mission is to help Canadian pharmacies improve routine communications through thoughtful AI assistance—while keeping people, professional judgment, and patient care at the centre.
Make room for the conversations that need a human.
Routine phone inquiries, general service questions, and refill intake can compete for attention in a busy pharmacy. We see an opportunity to support that administrative work without treating every conversation as something to automate.
RxAutomate is being developed to assist with supported requests, make handoffs clear, and keep pharmacy teams responsible for what happens next. These are development goals, not proven performance outcomes.
A deliberate approach to AI in pharmacy.
Defined scope. Supported routine communications should be clearly separated from clinical questions, urgent needs, and decisions that require a pharmacist.
Human oversight. Pharmacists retain every clinical and dispensing decision. AI is not a substitute for professional judgment, a patient consultation, or an emergency service.
Canadian context. Our development focus is the day-to-day communication needs of Canadian pharmacies. Workflow suitability and requirements must be evaluated for each pilot setting.
