SOLUTIONS / PILOT DEVELOPMENT
Smarter conversations. Thoughtful pharmacy workflows.
Explore the communications capabilities we’re developing for Canadian pharmacies. Pilot-stage concepts are not a claim of commercial availability. Scope, access, and workflows will be evaluated during development.
01 / PILOT DEVELOPMENT
AI Phone Receptionist
A welcoming first point of contact.
Designed to assist with routine questions such as pharmacy hours and general service information, using pharmacy-approved information within a defined scope.
Requests that need a person should be handed to the pharmacy team. The assistant is not intended to diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace a pharmacist.
02 / PILOT DEVELOPMENT
Prescription Refill Intake
A request begins the process—not a dispensing decision.
The proposed intake workflow collects supported refill requests and prepares them for pharmacy team review. A submitted request is not confirmation of eligibility, readiness, or approval.
Pharmacists assess the request and make all clinical and dispensing decisions. No prescriptions or patient details are collected on this public website.
03 / PILOT DEVELOPMENT
After-Hours Assistance
Routine information beyond opening hours.
Designed to share approved general information and capture supported requests when the pharmacy is closed, subject to pilot scope and configuration.
Requests may require follow-up during pharmacy hours. This is not an emergency service, an urgent-care channel, or a promise of immediate response.
04 / PILOT DEVELOPMENT
AI Chat Assistance
Another way to ask everyday questions.
A conversational channel under development for general pharmacy information and supported administrative inquiries. The intended experience uses clear boundaries and pharmacy-approved content.
Clinical questions should be directed to the pharmacy team. The public website does not provide a patient chat or prescription submission service.
05 / PILOT DEVELOPMENT
Staff Call Routing
A clear path to the right person.
The proposed routing workflow identifies supported reasons for calling and helps direct requests to the appropriate pharmacy team member or follow-up process.
Routing depends on pharmacy staffing, opening hours, and the workflow agreed for the pilot. It is not a guarantee that a team member is immediately available.
06 / PLANNED / NOT AVAILABLE
Pharmacy Dashboard
A workspace for the team’s next action.
A planned view of communication activity and incoming requests, intended to help pharmacy teams review supported workflows in one place.
This dashboard is on the roadmap, not a currently available capability. Design, functionality, timing, and availability have not been committed.
